All maintenance, to include EMERGENCY, requests must be made via your online portal.
Emergency in the State of NC as Determined by law:
An emergency exists when danger is present, or property damage has occurred or is about to occur. DO NOT abuse the emergency system with other types of maintenance requests.
- Major Water Leak: Turn off the water supply and put in a maintenance request.
- Fire: Call 911. Notify your property manager as soon as you are able
- Gas Leak: Turn off the gas supply valve. Call gas company that provides service to your location. Notify your property manager as soon as you are able.
- No HEAT during cold seasons is an Emergency.
- NO AC during hot seasons IS NOT and Emergency. If you put in a work order for no AC it will be handled on the next business day. Owners are not required to pay for emergency HVAC services for AC calls. If you choose to call an HVAC company know that you are doing it at your own expense. You do need prior authorization to call somone. Owners will not reimburse.
