Are you licensed?
Yes. All of our REALTORS® are licensed in the state of North Carolina. -
Can I reach you after hours?
As an owner if you need to get in touch with your manager, you can send your individual manager a message (text or email) via your owner portal through Rentvine. If you need to speak to them after hours, please send that message during regular business hours and schedule a time to have your manager call you or meet with you after hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we offer ACH. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We sure do! We love both sales and property management. Offering both helps us to best serve our clients. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Most of our owners choose to receive their payments via ACH. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants pay via their portal. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
ASAP! Once we determine that Olive & Co Property Management is a good fit to manage your property, we can move quickly! -
What type of properties do you manage?
Residential. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We send owner statements once per month. If an owner needs additional reporting, then we will work together to make sure an owner receives what they need. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We are required to hold the tenant security deposit in our trust account. Trust accounts are governed by very strict rules.
